SB556 (Blacksmith's Bill - Right of Way Violations) has been assigned to the House Courts of Justice Sub-Committee: Mental Health. Please write the Delegates on that sub-committee and request support for this bill. Delegate Gilbert is on that sub-committee and a strong supporter of SB556, so I've removed him from the list of people to write.
