I got the following e-mail from Matt Danielson;


I am happy to report that both hb1873 (military licensing) and hb 1906 (modulating brake lights) both passed the Senate unanimously. They now head to the governor for his signature. Thank you to all who helped pass the two pieces of legislation which will now become law in Virginia .
