Why Does VFR Have the ABATE of VA Website Address?

Sorry for being a little slow on this, but it seems like VFR is not the same as ABATE of VA. With that being the case, shouldn't ABATE have the ABATEofVA.org website address?

Now granted, they may not want it, or maybe they (like a lot of volunteer organizations) don't have anyone on the issue. But it seems like it's their name.

We're all trying to work for the same ends, but I don't understand the logic behind this. What gives?
